There's a whole stack of ancient art I've been meaning to put here. Mainly because my most productive art period was several years back.
I haven't really created anything worthwhile in the meantime. At least nothing I really consider worthwhile. I am one of those people who keeps anticipating her next piece of art work to be worthy of posting here, but after I draw it, I just get discouraged, and then keep saying to myself that I am going to post the next one. That never happens of course.
And worst of all is that when it comes to drawing for other people, I am even more insecure about my art. I try not to admit this, but might as well. I feel like I am not yet up there to make art for other people, even though I promised one of my good friends that I will help her illustrate her stories. I just feel like it won't measure up to her vision. But I need to quit this line of thinking and just go ahead and draw because I know she'll love it anyway.
So here is my slew of excuses. Now I will go and draw something and eventually post it here.

If a rock falls on your head, that is certainly bad for you. But shame, disgrace, reproaches, curses do harm only insofar as they are perceived.
